Swinging From the Stars - Face Down Tuesday

Happy face down Tuesday.

The sky was nice and clear again tonight so a face down under the stars was in order. It's quite difficult to light yourself using a hand-held off-camera flash!

66 x 30 second exposures stacked using StarStax.

95 second exposure for lighting with my face down.

Quality position on that swing. You need some wireless triggers. Think this is a first, doing it with the star trails. Right, big LP one next week then! HFDT mate.

I've started to look around for some, need some new flashguns to go with them too, still got my Sony mount at the mo, so they have to be off-camera! Meet up next Tue for a big LP facedown mash-up? HFDT.

Not really, it was more a case of climb on the swing, point face at the floor then let go!

What? Oh man you went through so much trouble - 66?! Love your dedication and I can't believe how beautiful, original, bizar, surreal yet lovely it came out. Wonderful!

Thanks everyone.

Was a bit. Dread to think what was down there!

Thanks, well worth the effort. I think it fit all of those categories, especially bizar and surreal.
