Don't F**k with me!

One of the themes this month in Light Painting Competitions and Themes is "10 second challenge". Here is my entry into the theme, a harsh contrast to my usual 10+ minute exposures!

Two gelled flash guns to light me. My new Canon Speedlite gelled blue to the left on half power fired using wireless trigger. Old Jessops thing gelled red to the right, set to slave. Wafted my rod then threw some Christmas lights at the camera.

10 second exposure after a bit of dressing up. Read more about exposure times in light painting on my blog.
